Ingredients:

Apple – 2 no (200 g)

Bread (Brown) – 2 slices

Khoa – 30 g (2 tbsp.) (optional)

Milk – 100 ml

Badam (almonds) – 5 gm

Kaju (cashew nut) – 5 gm

Kishmish (raisin) – 5 gm

Kesar (saffron) – 4 stands

Sugar – 30 g (2 tbsp.) or (sugar free powder 1 tbsp.if you are taking diabetes treatment)

Method –

1- Wash and grate apple.

2 – In a pan add grated apple and little water (2 tbsp.) cook it until apple become soft. Cook it in medium flame only.

3 – In food processor grind bread and makes bread crumbs.

4 – When apple gets cooked, add bread crumbs and sugar in to it. Mix-well. Cook it for 5 minutes.  Then add sliced nuts and milk stir it well otherwise lumps will form.After that add khoa (crushed/ in powder form) to it. Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.

5- Decorate it with cashew nuts, Almonds, raisin and saffron. Yummy apple wonder is ready.
