Shelf life– Drink immediately
Curd-1 cup (250 ml)
Mango- 1 no (200g)
Pomegranate-1 no (120g)
Banana- 1 no (100g)
Dry fig- 3 no (28g)
Pistachio- 10 no (4 g)
Almonds (Badam)-6 no (6.5 g)
Cashew nut (Kaju)-3 no
Plain corn flakes- 1 cup (50g)
Honey/Sugar-2 tsp (optional)
1-Soak dry figs, pistachio and Almonds (badam) into half cup of water for 20 minutes. Keep it aside.
2-Mix yogurt, honey, mango, 1/2 banana, soaked nuts and grind it.
3-Take a glass; pour the Mix fruit yogurt, pomegranate seeds and cornflakes in layers one above the other, Use nuts, cornflakes, chopped banana and pomegranate seeds for dressing.
Serve it immediately.
