It is easily prepare breakfast recipe. Kids will definitely love it. As it is rich in fats it is advisable to eat occasionally. Cheeses garlic bread is not suitable for those who are undergoing Diabetes treatment. Cheeses garlic bread is rich in calories it works as energy booster or gives you instant energy. I made here little twist added onion and green chili. It gives a different taste to the Cheeses garlic bread recipe.

Serving size-4


French loaf-200g

Onion-2 no (150g)

Garlic-60g (4 tbsp)

Cheese-150g (6 cubes)

Green chilli-3 no (5g)

(Optional)Garlic bread taste enhancer-1 tbsp

(Optional) Keya garlic bread seasoning -1 tsp

Salt- as per taste

Butter-2.5 tbsp


Slice the half French loaf into ½ inch round slices. Apply butter to it. Keep it aside.

Finely chop garlic, onion and green chills.

In a pan heat butter add finely chopped garlic, fry it for 4-5 minutes in medium flame.

After that add finely chopped onion and green chili to it. Fry it for 5 minutes.

Add 1 tbsp garlic bread taste enhancer to it fry for a while.

Then add 1 tsp Keya garlic seasoning and fry for a while. These all seasonings are optional. You can easily get in any general store.(or if these are not available, instead of these seasoning just add chili flakes and oregano )

At last add salt to it.

Spread onion, garlic mixture on bread slice.

At last top with grated cheeses.

Microwave it for 2 minutes or until cheeses melt.

Serve hot Cheese garlic bread topped with chili flakes or garlic seasoning with tomato ketchup or cheeses dip.
